Support Work

Our NDIS support workers provide personalised, practical support to help participants build independence, develop everyday skills and take part in the activities that matter to them.

Support can be tailored to each participant’s individual goals, interests and support needs. This may include assistance with daily activities, accessing the community, attending appointments, shopping, social outings, recreational activities, building life skills and developing confidence and independence.

Whether it’s getting out into the community, learning a new skill, working towards greater independence or simply having reliable support along the way, our support workers are here to help participants work towards their NDIS goals while maintaining choice and control.

We provide professional and reliable supervised contact and transport services to support children and families during scheduled visits and transitions.

Supervised Contact provides a safe, neutral and supportive environment for children to spend time with parents or other significant family members. Our workers remain present throughout the visit, support positive and appropriate interactions, prioritise the child’s wellbeing, and provide clear and objective documentation when required.

Supervised Transport provides safe and reliable transportation for children and young people to and from contact visits, school, appointments or agreed locations. Our workers support smooth handovers and transitions while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and prioritising safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.

Services can be tailored to individual arrangements, including requirements from families, agencies or other relevant professionals.

We provide flexible, reliable support across the Greater Cairns region, Tablelands, Cassowary Coast and Douglas Shire.

We are committed to providing a friendly, compassionate and professional service that can be tailored to each person’s individual needs. With availability seven days a week, including after-hours and short-notice support, we aim to be there when you need us.

For your peace of mind, our team members hold current Blue Cards and NDIS Worker Screening Checks and have undergone national police checks. Appropriate public liability insurance is also maintained.

We use comprehensively insured vehicles for community access and transport. Children’s booster seats and baby capsules can also be provided when required, helping make travel safe and convenient for the whole family.
